Required Knowledge:
  • Experience in process development and implementation required, e.g. seasoned professional who has lead large scale process re-engineering or other strategic projects - advanced
  • Expert on process-related methodology - advanced
  • Proven track record on leading & delivering complex projects - advanced
  • Demonstrate very strong knowledge of business analytics and process methodology – advanced
  • This is a product development focused role that will require proven abilities in leading all stages of project efforts
  • Including planning, workshops, requirements gathering, solution architecture design, development, risk and issue
  • Management, testing, user and administrative documentation, project closure and handover support
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Able to foster a collaborative environment across varying skill levels in a geographically diverse team
  • Ability to provide professional assessments and recommend solutions; make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment
  • Ability to disseminate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer focused, sensitive to customer needs, their critical business cycles and schedules
  • Trend, metric, KPI, and root cause analysis experience and skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ of experience leading multiple, complex business or ground-breaking projects and leading cross-functional project team members
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile designation or certifications or equivalent designation
  • ITIL Certified 
Great-to-haves
  • Experience with process design, Lean/Agile, Six Sigma
  • SD Wan Knowledge and Network Architectures
  • Agile Iterative Development Models and DevOPs practices
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring software and related deployments
