We are looking for a strong product manager to join our team to have a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of all Canadians. In this role, you will wear many hats including working with the development team, creating new design concepts, and liaising with our customers to provide feedback to teams, provide end-to-end product management and ensure deliverables create value.

You have experience as a product lead at a high growth technology company and will apply this experience to build, communicate and execute the vision and strategy for your portfolio. You will also be the primary owner responsible for ensuring alignment across the organization on the product line’s objectives and vision.


Here’s how

You will be a key contributor to our product innovation and delivery, where you will be:

  • Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
  • Defining product strategy, roadmap and technical features/specifications for the platform based on product vision, user needs, technical and market trends, and technical capabilities
  • Documenting, prioritizing, and communicating clear requirements for product initiatives and releases
  • Collaborating daily with engineers to deliver iterative, high-quality products
  • Leading white-boarding sessions for engineering and design requirements, with special attention on user-centered design principles
  • Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to inbound product management activities such as customer enhancement requests, bugs or other product-related customer issues
  • Solving product-related issues, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Developing scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team
  • Collaborating with sales, clients and partners to identify market opportunities and translate these into product vision and strategy
  • Fostering collaboration and strong working relationships with all departments

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle. What YOU bring:

  • Demonstrable success leading complex product strategies and decisions using data-driven techniques
  • Experience in the development of SaaS products (healthcare systems preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead projects from beginning to end in a Scrum framework or other agile software delivery methods
  • Excellence in writing and communicating detailed design deliverables (including product development plans, requirements, and specifications) for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven problem solving
  • Highly organized with demonstrable success in project management involving cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast-changing environment
  • Embraces a culture of ownership with the desire to continually improve and try new things

You have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience in a healthcare product management role
  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
