We are looking for a Program Coordinator in Mental Health that will offer personal, online quality support throughout the stages of therapy by coaching and mentoring incoming patients. The incumbent will also be responsible to assist the patient in providing necessary information according to the established guidelines and reporting requirements of the program.
 
Here's how
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of the clinical programs
  • Responsible for welcoming and assisting incoming patients and referrals for the program
  • Establish and maintain on going communication
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issue encountered by end users and clinicians
  • Explain and contact patients to ensure smooth transition between the Case Manager referral to vCBT/dCBT/vIME therapist or assessor
  • Monitor service delivery and adherence to the care plans by maintaining client and therapist feedback
  • Aid in the completion of clinical questionnaires and note review, including all appropriate paperwork to comply with program policy and procedures
  • Provide advocacy and representation services for the client/patient
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture, focused on partnering with clients
  • Participate in the ongoing learning and continuous improvement system which is the basis of Quality Assurance and current ISO requirements and standards

  • Ability to work with people of diverse cultures and background
  • Perfectly bilingual – English and French (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology with prior experience in a behavioral health clinic or care management capacity
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous knowledge of virtual services, employee assistance programs, disability products or insurance industry would be an asset
