Process Improvement Consultant - TELUS Health
- Recognized for your passion for leading change and driving results through process improvements
- Proactive strategic and creative thinker with demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Sound working knowledge of analytical problem solving techniques and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management skills and strong knowledge of project methodology is desirable
- Prior consulting experience (internal or external) or thorough knowledge of process improvement, development, and re-engineering best practices (Lean Six Sigma experience preferred)
- Proven leadership, influencing and facilitation skills and business acumen
- Results-driven achiever who is able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Energetic self-starter who has clear vision and can lead through change
- Experience working within and leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in process mapping techniques and tools
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading a transformational activity within a Service Operations environment
- University degree, post-secondary education (MBA preferred) or equivalent business experience
- Successful candidates will have access to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training (which includes training on Own.it) leading to a recognized TELUS Process Excellence Black Belt Certification
- Project management experience (PMP Certification) desired
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with proven project successes are desirable
- 4-8 years hands-on experience in a Consulting (varied consulting experience will be considered), Change Leadership or Process Improvement role
