  • Business Manager: Demonstrates knowledge of a wide scope of products & services
  • Strong and effective decision maker able to review options in a constructive and methodical manner to establish the best course of action for the organization
  • Sales Driver: Detailed understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business results
  • Achiever: Proven track record of consistent and sustainable performance; exceeding challenging financial targets
  • 3-5 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing successful sales teams in terms of relationship management
  • Ability to set and meet objectives and deal with highly competitive market demands
  • Ability to deal with escalations and skilled at removing process obstacles
  • Ability to work with diverse groups in terms of geography and discipline in order to deliver products & services
  • Extraordinary teambuilding, superior written & oral communications and leadership development skills
  • Effective time management, organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong client/business acumen
