You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual French and English mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong computer skills
  • Professionalism and mature approach with customers
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Patient, courteous and dynamic
  • Strong attention to detail
Great-to-haves 
  • Call centre experience, minimum of 2 years
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
